Grooming

 

These hours are approximate and are based on the grooming schedule.

​

Please know that employees will be earlier and later than the hours listed because of Boarding.

​

Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm

​

Sat: 10am - 2pm

​

Sun: Closed

​

Sunday has limited availability for pick up and drop off for boarding.

​

Please note: -If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

                      -If you miss your scheduled appointment with less than a 24 hour notice for non-emergency reasons, you will be charged 1/3 of its price at your next appointment.

                 

                      -Daycare can be provided for your pet that needs to be here longer before and/or after their appointment for a standard daycare fee of $10.00/pet.

​

                       -If your pet/s are matted, have abnormally thick or untended coats and take more time and resources to care for, a rough coat fee may be applied. The fee will reflect a 33% increase in the service price.

​

Boarding hours for pick up and drop off are as follows:

 

Mon-Fri: 7am - 6pm

​

Sat: 9am - 3pm

​

Sun: 9am-2pm

​

Other times for pick up and drop off not listed can be easily arranged! Just coordinate with us ahead of time!

            -Please note: Outside of regularly scheduled hours, the doors may be locked, and a closed sign may be on for the staff to be focused on the animals and their care. If we know approximately when you will be coming, we will be ready and opened up for you (:
